1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping / Pickup Methods

We offer shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard shipping and Pickup from the Park.  Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. You can view the shipping costs for your order at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. Sometime this can be delayed due to other factors beyond our control. Pickup is available the next day from 3 Mary Street, Blackstone. 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your order and estimate the expected delivery date.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within Australia. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by local authorities.

7. Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped with the freight companies shipping insurance to protect against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.

8. Pick-up from the Park

For local pick-up at the park, a avalid Id matching the name on the online purchase is required, along with a digital receipt. This ensures the security and proper authorization of the transaction before the product is released.
